  I just sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. After hitting call button numerous times I go inside. I ask what’s the problem with drive thru. Teller says oh it hasn’t been working since yesterday. I said you think a sign would help customers? She said we are not allowed to put up signs. So I guess customers just sit and repeat what I did. Yes the red light was lit but I was there before opening time. So I thought maybe they’re late.

  Got Super Service from Lauren today. She was very helpful in getting me a new checking account. She went above and beyond by staying past closing to complete the transaction. This help me choose PNC as my Bank going forward. I would say Ask for Lauren if your going in there and you know your going to have the top notch customer service!
